Please email or phone us to place your order. Our friendly sales team will do their utmost to ensure you find the right part.

We normally operate a mail order service but we can arrange for pickup at the shows we are attending. Please give as much notice as possible to avoid dissappointment.

Also items can be collected from: Everdon  Park, Heartlands, Daventry, Northants and Woking by special arrangement.

Returns

EAW are committed to providing quality products at low prices. Parts such as sprockets and camshafts subject to load and torque we only supply Original Equipment Quality.

EAW will refund unopened/unused parts returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Special order items are not refundable. EAW only sell new parts so if you have discarded the packaging, fitted or used the item please do not expect EAW to accept its return.

EAW will honour manufacturers warranty and return to manufacturer for replacement or repair. The warranty period on most products is a total time of 1 year from the actual date of purchase, this also includes any replacements, unless manufacturer's offer an extended preiod. If you have ordered by mail order we will refund postage at the same rate that we sent it if a part is defective on the returned part and forward a replacement. Parts that are not defective and being returned for refund you will need to return to us at your expense and risk, EAW will debit a 9% handling charge from refunded sum and original P & P cost.
